I think someone in analytics messed up.
The only limitation I've ever had to using the newsfeed are all the glitches that MFP hasn't addressed. Maybe that is also influencing the data to be inaccurate. Inability to use ≠ desire to use. Maybe there are also glitches in their analytics program.1 -
I think they're phasing it out but by bit. It's been wonky and so many glitches for weeks. Hopefully this whole community thing won't be so full of technical difficulties, but i won't hold my breath!3

Still working for me too except: 1) cannot read my own page and 2) many of my friends are posting that they can not read their newsfeed and apologizing for not interacting. 🤷🏽♀️2

its a hit and miss for me. Something it's there and then it's gone. However can only see the last few hours1

This morning 9:37 am here, it works like a nightmare the newsfeed, glitching continously, Oh, God what sad and anxious I am with all this story

⭐ Changed my app store rating to 1 star. With 2,645,672 ratings over the last 14+/- years, unfortunately the total 4.2 star rating hasn't dropped over the last few days.
💵 Canceled my premium subscription a couple days ago. Although, like many others, it bills a year at a time, so I don't know how quickly it will hit their pocket books.
👤 I will be joining:... we will boycott MFP on Monday, May 27 by not logging into the site. If enough people don’t log in, that may show MFP what it would look like once the newsfeed is gone

Something’s up. The whole site is shaky and locking up. Having a difficult time logging food and have to keep restarting app.
And if I go from one app or text back to MFP, it sits there frozen for a while before it suddenly perks up.
Agree with Linia, not as iOS friendly as it should be.5 -

I sent in a tech question and got a canned response back giving me instructions to cancel my account lol. I wonder if they’re getting a lot of that and it’s become a default response.
Groups would be much easier to navigate if the 🤬 back arrow worked properly (and quickly) in the iOS app.4 -
Well, it’s official!! I open the app this morning and the “News Feed” menu is gone. Also, I am unable to access my profile wall. I think what’s going on is they are gradually removing the news feed. I am hoping once this process is completed, that the profile wall feed is restored and functioning. Without it, there’s no reason to remain here on MFP.3

I can’t figure out this old style BB Board! You would think that before the take away the one thing that worked, the Newsfeed, they would have a working replacement message system ready to go!

No newsfeed and no link on the menu bar either! Sometimes my Profile page won’t come up, too, like this morning! I understand some people can still see the newsfeed? It makes no rhyme or reason 😜0

just checked - newsfeed is still up on my phone; it's still there on my computer. one of my friends' friends says she can no longer get to her own profile. it's like they're removing one user at a time...0

i've been at LoseIt for 9 days today. there are a LOT of MFPers there.
do you think the powers that be at LI take suggestions? i'd like to be able to like comments and replies, and if the groups there were in threads like this instead of a single run-on post, it would make it much better. but it's definitely busy and friendly.1
