The construction around the house has me sticking around. Today, I cut two lawns but only was able to get in 10k in steps. Low calorie count helped.
I am not sure what is happening to me, I feel the cold quickly but not the heat unless I am directly in the sun and then it is intense

Have your daytime temps been warming up yet? I have a little bit the same sensation, or feeling cold more easily and quickly unless we're well into warm season like we are now. I've been thinking it's an aging thing. How long is your work expected to take?0
