    Hi Cayla. I am not a vegetarian or vegan. But I am looking at both. I am 72 years old and dealing with worsening osteoarthritis. My doc has recommended an anti-inflammatory diet. From my reading, this seems to consist largely of vegetables and fish.

    You are trying out the pescatarian diet?
