What’s the best way to loose the most with this tool? I want to be on the far end of the bell curve on this one. Thanks!

I am still new, but I think the combination of high protein and adding in exercise works the best. Most reccomendations are 1000-1200 calories a day and 100g of protein. Too soon say from experience- I'm down 13lbs in the first 3 weeks.0
