    Hello everyone. I’m Steffy, just got back into MFP after 7 years now. I reached my goal weight then, but because of few accidents and injuries, then a baby recently, put on double the weight I lost. I’m at my highest weight ever and hate myself for it.
    MFP is my only motivation now and my goal is to get to 154 pounds which looks impossible to me. Please support me on this journey. Need to lose weight in 6 months before I go to visit my family.

    What are you most self-conscious about?

    I would have to say my weight ... not being active due to my leg and foot I have gained quite a bit ... looking forward to the day I can get back to walking (boy do I miss it )

    Hi Metan, really, really sorry about my late report. I didn’t get home until very late last night and just crashed as soon as I got in. I woke up this morning with literally dozens of things that demanded my attention *first”. Anyway, here you go:

    Member: rwillems
    Weigh-In day: Sunday (Well usually 🙁)
    PW: 259.0 lbs
    CW: 260.0 lbs

    That is my actual weight from yesterday morning. Hotel room scales vary wildly, I find. I checked my weight this morning on my home scale and found a much more reassuring number. Oh well, but that’s the rule so I stand by my number. Next week should be better now that I am home (for a while at least)

    Would you rather work for 4 hours and be extremely busy or have a relaxing 8 hour workday for the same amount of pay?

    Being an ER nurse (when not injured) I am extremely busy but I am there for 10 - 12 hours ... Love my job but I am not able to do my job at this time ... I do go in and work the front desk sometimes

    What are you most self-conscious about?

    My weight and having a mobility issue. I can use a walker in my home ( walk very slowly ) but, when I go out into society, I need to use my power wheelchair. Due to having two forms of arthritis (which have caused some deterioration in joint & bone areas) and having no feelings in my feet & legs. Which causes me to have issues walking properly.

    I don't work now due to a disability; but, when I did work, I remember I liked being busy. Probably 4 hours

    I would much rather work flat out for 4 hours then have a relaxed 8 hour day. I am retired now and find I still follow this mode of work.
