I'm so frustrated where my weight is at but trying to focus on the small victories of it making downward progress. Such a slow journey, marathon not a sprint!! Happy to be a part of the group! Some structure and accountability was what I was looking for to help me stay on track for the long haul! Have a great weekend everyone!3 -

Non Scale victory today. Lightest I've been since May of 2021. One year of working hard and tracking everything I eat. Although I'd love the weight to come off yesterday I know it didn't gain in short time so im good with it coming off slowly too. Next goal 9 lbs away.3 -

My weights are wrong in the August spreadsheet
as it says 145.2 pounds for my starting weight but it should say 143.6 pounds
and it says 145.2 pounds for my weigh in this week (Aug. 4-10) but it should be 145.0 pounds.1 -
