Good morning! Just a quick pop in to say hi. I am slowly recovering and trying to work with my limitations. I am eager to get back at it so I have over done it a few times and then paid for it for a few days. My weight is still in the 160’s. Not sure how I gained so much weight when I was in hospital as I didn’t eat anything but a few apple slices.
Right now I am trying to slowly ramp up my steps and get back into the habit of logging. I will be ready for September.

I will be ready to come back in September and will join the step challenge. I am going to go back to weighing in on Friday.

I will be away this morning starting at 10am to hopefully 11am... I am trying to get on SSI and I have to go in this morning for a hip dysplasia test..I have a feeling I am going to be in pain .3

Good morning, Linda and glad to hear you are “on the road to recovery”. Be careful not to overdo, let your body recover. Push a bit, yes; but not too hard. Look forward to be hearing from you again in September. Already talking about September, where has the summer gone?

@Megan_smartiepants1970 I am so sorry for disappearing so abruptly. My father in law passed away unexpectedly this past week and I have been busy with arrangements, out of town family, and supporting my husband and kids.
Please excuse me from everything last week - steps and weigh in. I will return this week. I need to get back to my routine.
