My favorite outdoor activity is an early morning walk. Do you know that the first 30 minutes of your day set the pace for the rest of the day? If I crawl out of bed and sit around I want to sit around all day but id I get out of bed, get dressed, and move, whether walking outside when the weather permits or doing some activity inside if it's raining, activity in the morning helps us feel better throughout the day.

I also have found I enjoy yardwork. Mowing and trimming are great ways to get outside and move!

My favorite outdoor activities are walking, bicycling, birding, and hiking. I take an early morning walk, and I walk again on my lunch hour. I commute to/from work on the bicycle (weather permitting). My leisure activity is birding, although I may combine it with a hike.

Mowing, trimming and weeding are things I loathe. Ceri, please come to my house and earn some exercise points doing my yard work!

I LOVE walking with a friend. The 2 of us have a ton of fun, also catch on things. In general we are dong errands, such as grocery shopping, but she helps it be fun.

On my own walking is relaxing also. A great time to check in with myself and see how I am really doing. It's also neat to people watch or meet others. I am far from shy!! I love meeting others.

I like walking in a city park and, before my knees hurt, I started enjoying cycling round the park in the rain - few people and dogs, no kids and some other serious cyclists. Hopefully, I'll get back to doing these activities soon as I haven't done either of them since July.

My dogs have me well trained! We love to walk unleashed on 'the road less traveled'. Swimming, gardening, and biking all my favorites too. Thanks for asking, Ceri!
