    Monday:

    I was grateful to be able to keep food down, so ate lightly all day.

    Red: lightly salted barbecue chips (horrible, I know)
    Orange: tangerine
    Yellow: corn, cheddar cheese
    Green: lettuce, cucumber slices
    Blue: blueberry mini muffins
    Brown: meatloaf
    White: bread, mashed potatoes, turkey slices, light mayo

    Red: raspberries, cinnamon, red grapes, spice dragon red chai (cinnamon, rooibos, ginger root, clove)
    Orange: pumpkin soup
    Yellow: golden raspberries, maple syrup
    Green: baby spinach, decaf green tea
    Blue/Purple:
    White/Tan: oats, trilogy seeds, cocoa powder, applesauce, natural peanut butter, cloves, coffee

    FYI for those of you who enjoyed our Partner Up Walking Challenge a few weeks ago, Week 3 (Sep 15-21) will be a repeat of that walking challenge. Start now to find your partners in each of the teams and on Saturday the 14th, when I make the announcement, you can get that finalized before the challenge begins on the 15th. I'm giving you a week's notice so we can find our partners and be ready to go.

    Anybody here want / need a walking partner? I'm available!!!
