I’m 5’8 166lbs just got a pre diabetes blood value and an ldl of 150…. My first goal is to get down to 155 and reassess

    Hey there welcome. 5'11" 235 lbs. Just diagnosed with diabetes, a1c 8.4. Just did my first glucose test. Goal is under 200. I can give you an update weekly on Fridays if that works
