                    Hello I am new here ! My sport is swimming because used to be run but I can no more so now swim is my love . I was in 2 miles 5 times a week , I stop 4 months ago I gain more pounds and less speed . Now i am
Back 3 days ago and just do 1 mile and my legs hurt 😜

            I only now saw your post. I hope you're still swimming. Swimming is such a great exercise. It's a full body workout with great cardiovascular benefits. Swimming helped me lose a lot of weight. It was my primary exercise when I started, and I still do it, but I do a lot of other exercise now as well.
