Guys and girls any suggestions on how to loose weight by swimming?
Hello I am new here ! My sport is swimming because used to be run but I can no more so now swim is my love . I was in 2 miles 5 times a week , I stop 4 months ago I gain more pounds and less speed . Now i am Back 3 days ago and just do 1 mile and my legs hurt 😜
Do you swim for fitness or recreation or both? Do you have a regular routine? What benefits do you get from swimming?
Normally I bike ride to stay fit, but last year I pulled my patellas out of alignment and I am still recovering. My Ortho suggested swimming as a low impact alternative. Started swimming on January 3rd and I am really loving it.
