Rules to Stay Active

1. Post, points to the weekly Healthy Habits Challenges. Please post daily if you can.
2. Post, exercise minutes at least weekly. Please post daily if you can.
3. Post, Weekly Weigh-Ins (you may post any day but no later than Saturday at 11:59 p.m.).
4. All numbers must be posted no later than Saturday at 11:59 PM in your local time to be counted.
5. If you will be away for any reason, please inform your team leaders so your absence can be excused.

If you miss weigh-ins or fail to post 2 weeks consecutively you become inactive by default and give up your choice of your team in future challenges.
