Today I have physical therapy for my shoulder .. I am not looking forward to it due to it being very painful ... so I will not be around at 11am ..but I do have my phone so if anybody needs something you can get a hold of me .. I have my fitness pal on my phone ,,Thanks2

Hi -Sorry I am late with week 4 WI - gained a pound this week - ugh! On a good note I started swimming again for the first time in a year (due to shoulder injury). It is the only exercise I truly love! Hopefully October will be better for weigh ins!

Thanks for creating this supportive space that I very much needed! I’m so looking forward to be healthy, confident and in my favorite pair of jeans again!3 -

My heart goes out to you with the pain you are suffering from. I know that it isn't easy and it wears on you physically and mentally. But you got this and you will pull through this. You will be in my thoughts today and I wish for you speedy recovery & healing.

Yesterday I had PT for my shoulder (boy does it hurt) I will have to go twice a week for 12 weeks and then go from there ...today I see a Nutritionist ... too many appointments this month ... I also have to plan a birthday party for my daughter ...she will be 19 on 10/5 ...where does time go????1

My calendar for October is busy ....mostly appointments ...PT twice a week for 12 weeks ...2 days of thyroid scan where I have to be there early ... then they give me a pill and I have to be there for 6 hours ughhh...I will be happy when I can be normal again and not have my entire month full of appointments ..getting old suckssssssss LOL0
