Usually get half from the breakfast mix with oatmeal, fruits and the yogurt, and the deli turkey in my lunch sandwich.
Get the rest from whatever meat, or beans, that supper supplies.0 -
The only way that I can consistently get the required amount of protein is by drinking a protein shake every evening with 30 grams of whey protein. I juice it up with other ingredients like PB2, wheat germ, flaxseed flour, fiber, chia seeds, banana and a spoonful of malted milk powder.0

I’m gonna say it’s my lunchtime turkey sandwich. Between the turkey at 26 grams, the bread at 12 grams and the cheese at 4 grams, it’s a third of my average day - and it’s pretty consistently my go-to lunch.0

Breafast 2 eggs poached or in an omlett and 1 piece of Turkey sausage.

Grilled chicken. Eat it everyday.
Recently I started making my own chicken sausage. So most days I have chicken twice.1
