So many changes. No more posts on pages I guess. I’m back, dealing with some serious health issues, so need to lose the almost 30 pounds that prednisone and inactivity have brought on.

    Hi DebbieLyn. In a similar situation here only it's my husband with the health issues. Happy to be friends if you like. I know prednisone can ease inflammation but is rough on the body.
