It's that time of the year, but I cannot find a recipe anywhere.
Anyone have a good one?

When I worked in the kitchen of a summer camp, it was whatever was left in the walk-in the last week of camp. What do you have that’s about to go bad or expire?

Actually, was an old WW staple. Cabbage, carrots, and assorted other veggies (mixed veggies, zucchini, or anything else). I used to have the "real" recipe taped to the refrigerator door, about two 'refers ago.

Thanks Brian. I actually found my old recipe. Similar, but mine is cabbage based, with carrots, canned diced tomatoes, and any other veggies you want, chicken broth, and any herbs and spices you prefer.
We used to call it "Zero Point Soup"

Al, I make a similar soup to yours and add red bell pepper and celery. My herbs are either thyme or Herbs de Provence and chili powder along with salt and pepper to taste. That combination of herbs sounds weird, but it works.
