November Accountability Goals

Okay, all! I've been MIA this summer and fall, but I'm seriously worried about the holidays! Let's get some accountability going on here. What goals do you want to set for yourself for November. And how do you want to check in?
I am giving up sugar. I'm doing the plunge. Raw honey and maple syrup will be my subs, but I'm going off candy and sweets. It's time. I'll check I here, but I'm hoping someone will join me with their goals. Who's in?

    Hey! I'm in the same boat. I use raw honey, date or ginger syrup as sweeteners. fake sugars give me migraines. but candy, sweets, and fast food are off the menu. I work in healthcare and the reps bring lunch to the offices I float too and while I measure everything, I found I was still eating to many calories since it was not from my kitchen and restaurants use high calorie ingredients. I'm also going back to profee in the morning and work harder at getting in my water for the day.
