How are we doing with getting in our fruit servings? I rarely eat fruit unless it's in jello, so having fruit instead of freggies forced me to become aware of the need for fruity nutrition in my diet.

Please share your thoughts about fruit and any ideas you have about including more fruit in your daily intake.

Squash is considered a fruit! I've been eatin muesli or oatmeal with fruits and nuts in them for breakfast, grapes usually for morning snack, and then squash with dinner or berries for evening snack.

@Dianedoessmiles1 - Smoothies are the BEST!!! I get a 1/2 banana and blueberries in mine most days. We add plant-based protein to ours . Smoothies give us energy to feel good.
