Intro!

Hi! I recently re-re-re-joined MFP. I've lost about 15 pounds in the last 3 months and while I'm thrilled to only have less than 10 to go, I am not thrilled with my body composition. I haven't really done any physical activity in a month or so (other than a mile walk a few times a week) so despite my weight loss, I am not feeling leaner.

I'm glad to be among folks wo want to tone up!

    It doesn't look like this group is too active, however, as I fit the description as skinny fat, I thought I would post to see if there is any interest. I am currently 6'2", and 202lbs, with a BMI of 25.9. I have been working out regularly for about a month now, and making good progress with my fitness level, but really need to work on my metabolism and flexibility.
