I use Shaplie. They’re ok. Their food diary is a bit antiquated and their’s no-one reviewing it ☹️ I stopped using their food diary and came here. Once a month I have a video call with a representative but it’s not that helpful either.
I know a few people who use WeightWatchers clinic and their are very impressed. (And cheaper!) Of course, the WW food diary is fantastic, the online staff are very attentive and membership includes a VERY interactive chat room and they can go to meetings now if they are inclined. Unfortunately WW carries many prescriptions and compounds except mine, Zepbound. I’m too early in my journey to switch meds.
