November looks like a slow arart but a quarter of a million steps is nothing to scoff at! Keep up the fabulous stepping!
Our bolded member set a step goal for the week and met it!
If you want to join the step challenge for November:Just post your steps by the end of Wendnesday after the week ends. I'm flexible and might wait a day or two for you. If we're 'friends', I may drop a personal note to you to check in. If we aren't, and you'd like a personal note, send me (melaniedscott) a friend request.

Monday's steps are a bust I forgot to put my fitbit back on after charging it up. I did not do much today, food shopping & walking around the house.
My daughter has given me her cold so my head hurts o well that's love for you.
On the positive note just found out my son will be home for a whole month. Which will be lovely, his singing in the shower with his music playing, always something different from the day before.
Might get him to join me on exercising (he likes exercising) daily

Sorry folks I’m getting a bit bogged down trying to fit challenges on here with face to face challenges life is throwing at me so sadly I’m dropping out of this one till at least new year.1
