Choosing not to eat unhealthy foods. I actually like healthy foods. But, unhealthy foods often are very convenient and inviting.0

I'm with Al: it's choosing not to eat unhealthy foods, and this is not a close call.

Four of a kind - I’m also in the “choosing unhealthy foods” camp. Donuts and candy bars are my nemesis.
