Choosing not to eat unhealthy foods. I actually like healthy foods. But, unhealthy foods often are very convenient and inviting.

I'm with Al: it's choosing not to eat unhealthy foods, and this is not a close call.

Which, I suppose, should make me question why I have unhealthy foods readily accessible.

Four of a kind - I’m also in the “choosing unhealthy foods” camp. Donuts and candy bars are my nemesis.

Shaw’s Supermarket sells king-sized candy bars for $2.49, and it’s “buy two; get two free “ as well. They manage to hit my sweet tooth and my “cheap gene” at the same time.
