    GM~
    • Another restless sleep; went to bed feeling okay; woke up with pounding headache. Ugh.
    • SGM - how is the Cyclone weather pattern treating you all up there in the PNW?
    • Mary - your party sounds fun.....and btw: HAPPY HAPPY Birthday Season!!
    • Should be a good WI tomorrow. Scale seems to be agreeing with my choices this week! Hoping for another #3/4 before the end of the month, putting me on schedule to be at goal again by end of December or Mid January! The program definitely works! Since Sept 28th, down #18.
    • Truck should come home tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

    Cheers,
    Skipper

    Good morning

Skip, my birthday was back mid Oct, we are just getting together for it...

    Hope you find headaches cause.

I got my eye exam done last night. Very little change. So..new glasses are up to me. Yes please I need a change. Wish I could wear contacts.

Well, the weather anchors got it right. The white stuff is falling. 1st snow fall of winter 2024

Finished crafting one table centerpiece, now to make another. White pumpkin that I took holiday napkins and modge podged on over pumpkin, topped it with pinecones from the lake, & a rust colored ribbon.

    Have a great day BBB!

    Mornin' BBB

Am a wee bit jellyous of your ship trip, Dennis. The itinerary sounds delicious once you leave Southampton.
Picking up M this afternoon. Raining all day here, so no field trial training, which is not an issue because I am not planning on running any field trials until the spring anyway. I would go to help the other members of the group train for the Nationals.

    Good morning.

Mary - the Brazilian place specializes in AYCE meat. What else do you need but a fasting stomach? 😂

    Good morning BBB friends.

The bomb cyclone kind of missed Tumwater. It was windy and wet, but not extreme. From 20 miles north of us and on up it was a lot worse, with power outages and even a couple fatalities. Now, the follow-up atmospheric river is mostly to the south in California. So we dodge the bullet again. Just cold and rainy. Typical November.

I overslept this morning and have to rush to get on the road. Driving down to Salem to do a walk-through before the estate sale this weekend, then signing a contract with the realtor who will list the house.

    Morning BBB

Glad the terrible weather missed you Dave. I thought today was the trip and hoped you wouldn't have a terrible drive.

Yesterday we decided to drive to Kino Bay. It was about 2 hours away. It's another sea side town that may be an option to stay some year. It seem more "weekend getaway" and was extremely quiet yesterday. I would want to visit over a weekend before making it longer term. The Mexican nationals often have all night parties on the weekends. Beaches were beautiful and lots more agriculture in the area.

We had packed a lunch but never found a picnic table to set up the camp stove so we ate a banana and stopped for chips and salsa and a margarita. I assume that will hinder my WI today but will even out by next week. I was on points but saltier than the norm. I'm envious of your #18...I'm averaging right at 1#/week which is what I expect but wish it was faster.

Off to the gym for weightlifting in a bit then Spanish lessons this afternoon.

    Good Morning,
Waiting on cleaning lady to look at house and see if we can get her once a month.
    Costco then Kroger.
No more physical torcher, doctor believes it is doing more harm than good, hopefully joint replacement end of February.
Rain is gone but cold is here, highs next couple of days 50's
Skip, could there be something in bedroom that is upsetting allergies?

#Tucker is the only thing I can think - but at 3 years old, I doubt all of a sudden that could be the culprit.

PCP game me a script today to see if that helps. She thinks its likely stress/anxiety induced. Hmmm! Me? Stressed? Surely not!

I prescribe a 2 week vacation with no phone, email or internet to test that prognosis.

    Good morning

What an amazing trip you will have Dennis!

The snow is melting from yesterday's early cripppling rush hour traffic first snow fall. Came down down hard and fast. Wet stuff.

I'm off to take dsil to see back surgeon post surgery. Then home for a zoom presentation on product line. Then steakhouse dinner with bff and our dh's to finally celebrate my 60th. I'm having a martini, sm filet and a salad.

Last night's Chinese beef and peapods was good but scale shows only -.2. My ring is tight so I'm sure the msg and salts a factor. I weigh daily so we'll see....

    Cheers BBB
