DW and I probably do 85-90 % fresh food. Fresh frozen veggies are pretty high on out lists. We try to use most fresh veggies. We usually have fresh but frozen meats. Very few packaged meats that are in frozen casseroles etc.1

Other than an occasional frozen pizza, we're almost always putting meals together from fresh ingredients.
A processed/packaged/fresh item that I've come to appreciate recently are chopped salad kits. They come in handy for lunches when I want to load up on veggies but don't always have the time to put something together myself. You can't beat the convenience, and the variety keeps things interesting.0 -
We use @90% frozen veggies.
Also, the occasional frozen Italian specialty like ravioli (I'm not going to attempt that.)
We also use packaged rice/couscous/ quinoa pilafs, and microwavable rice, occasionally.
Fresh include potatoes, zucchini and summer squash, carrots, and the like.

About a month ago DW discovered Costco mixed frozen veggies. I was going to say they are huge bags but saying Costco and huge in the same sentence is redundant. Looks like this will be a regular thing for a while.0

On Sundays my husband makes me a couple of plain chicken breasts. I typically use that as my protein 3 nights, turning them into a variety of different concoction. Plus there are always leftovers from Saturday’s dinner for another night.
Sometimes I make meatballs, meatloaf etc and freeze leftovers to add variety0 -
The vast majority of our meals are created at home. That’s all the breakfasts and lunches, and all but a few of the dinners. The exception is we like the “all white meat” turkey pot pies from Raymond’s Turkey Farm That may be one or perhaps two per month.
We do have “frozen dinners”, but they’re pre-portioned meals we’ve made ourselves in the crockpot. (And we do eat out 3-4 dinners per week.)0 -
We go in stages and lately have been relying a lot on grocery store pre-made meals. I'm aware I do better losing weight when I cook my own meals.
I'm a plus one for keeping the giant bag of frozen mixed veggies on-hane.1
