I'm up 1.8 pounds. I'm creeping up too much over the past few weeks, and it's time for a change. I did get more focused through part of the week, so I feel like I've started making the needed alterations.

Running is still going well. I will admit though, it was hard to go outside today since it was so cold and gray!

    Down .5 pounds.

It might be time for another GoaD on the Run thread.

No change, even though I was hopeful for a downward number in anticipation of a Thanksgiving Dinner spike. My cycling is very consistent, but not really a factor in weight, since 30 minutes of moderate cycling uses only 200 calories. The health benefits, as my cardiologist says, are enormous. I'm doing some fine-tuning in my approach to diet, which should yield some weight-related results. I want to continue to lose weight during the holidays, which might be considered counterintuitive. Mostly, that will be avoiding sugary food, limiting portions, and tracking food (always a critical piece of the dietary puzzle for me).

I’m still in the Red zone, but I did get my official monthly “free” extension at Studio and my daily weigh-in at home Thursday was a pound below goal. Continuing to make more good decisions than poor decisions leads to continued progress - who knew? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Looking forward to Thanksgiving. My wife and I are going to a snooty restaurant we really enjoy, but we limit it to special occasions because of cost. This is the first time they’re open on Thanksgiving, so we’re curious to see how it goes. It does offer the advantage that the meal will be “one and done” - no turkey sandwiches with stuffing for leftovers.

Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving with only positive family interactions! 😉

Up 1.6 lbs. Just not concentrating on it like I should. Got to behave cause Thanksgiving is coming and it's my favorite meal of the year or maybe Christmas Day to.

I'm on week #10 of not weighing/knowing my weight, but I was able to pop into a WW Studio this morning to record a data point.

I had a decent week in some respects, but I've gotten away from tracking regularly, and that is not good right now. I'll post more in my "experiment" thread.

I feel a little more dialed in, so I think I can get back on track.
