I was confused when I couldn't find my name in our Downsizers team chart.
I was shocked when I found my name in another chart for members who had been removed from the challenge.
I did miss 2 weigh ins (Sunday November 9th and Sunday November 16th)
due to my health flare ups which are out of my control
but a past email from you had said,
"if you get 3 NWI's in a row you would be removed from the group"
but I don't have 3 missed weigh ins in a row as today is my weigh in day and I posted just before 10am today/Sunday.1 -

I see I typoed Saturday everywhere it should have said Sunday.
I corrected it in the re-post above.
Apparently I'm rushing the weekend!

I am really hoping to get back on track for the last week of November. Especially with working out. I hate it, my energy level is low and what’s crazy I barely eat; which is a bad combination for me when it comes to the scale.

I have walking everywhere while at this conference! So far my knees/ankles are holding up. Tomorrow will be a travel day so it might be hard to hit goal and apparently it has also snowed a ton at home too. But this past week has been pretty good.
