    • Awake since 3a. Up since 3:30. Ugh. Headache persists. Didn't want to disturb DW.
    • Apparently "known issue" with Grenadier that requires a "programming flash update" for fuel pump to keep the "CK Engine" light from coming on. They towed the 55 miles to dealer and said they'd deliver it back to me today (we'll see). Still #NotHappy! And DW's "I told you so" is not helping! 🤦‍♂️
    • #MotherTucker gets annual Bordatella today. He'll be less than happy with a Vet visit.
    • Lou - how goes it with the new furball in the family? Carrie convinced herself Tucker needed not one but TWO new jackets for winter claiming they were "on sale" at TJ Maxx. Ugh.....He's got more jackets than I do!
    • Bewildering message from VA Health yesterday. Not sure if it means "good" or "bad" on a records audit for an appeal thats been in for over two years. Waiting not my strong suit. This takes the cake though.
    • WITW is MommaMoody from Indiana hiding?

    Cheers,
    Skipper

    Mornin' BBB

New car problems. Remember the Wagoner?
Have you ever considered a mobile vet to see if Tucker would prefer?

    BBB OP ;-)

Yes. All four of them. DW made sure to remind me too!

    We have tried mobile vet.
#MotherTucker was more aggressive with the mobile vet (as soon as she pulled out the stethoscope, he got angry. The vet said it was him being protective of C - so now I take him, and he seems a bit less hostile, but I let them take him in back (away from me), and it seems to help! The funny thing is, he's scared of his own shadow, and while he growls, he has NEVER (knock on wood) had a bite incident (beyond playing and roughhousing).

Alas - 4a tech support call with Ring to replace a faulty camera made getting up early to speak to someone in (guessing) India.

    Good morning BBB friends.

If I had that going on with a new car, I'd have a headache, too, Skip.

To our CRV to the body shop for an estimate on repairing the bumper. They remembered me from last summer's repairs. I don't like being a "regular" at a body shop. The car will go back in next week to get the work done. I'll be driving the Tacoma until we no longer have a big hole in the bumper of the CRV.

Trying to decide what to do on Thursday. We already fixed and ate our Thanksgiving feast. I told Rita we should drive over to Fort Lewis and eat at one of the mess halls.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • You want to ask them if it was a known problem, why didn't you update it before delivery?!? At least it is a simple fix.
    • I like the Thanksgiving dinner in the mess hall idea Dave. You can still support the troops.
    • Which reminds me. The young man we sponsored at Boys State has been accepted in the next year's class at the Air Force academy.
    • Nice ride on the motorbike yesterday. I came home and washed it and topped off the gas tank. Brandy is going to be sitting in the garage for a while.
    • Today is hard core cruise prep day. We leave tomorrow.
    • Lou, what's the dog's name?

    Good morning.

Skip - I think it's time you settled on an Accord. They may not be sexy, but they just kinda run like they're supposed to.

The empty house is a strange thing, Dave. Why are you fixing it up instead of just selling as-is? I get checking out the mold, but otherwise I'd let the buyers figure it out.

Ricey is adjusting. Cecilia has been hitting her step goal with all the extra walking she's been doing with him and now we're texting during the day about his poop habits. Still cries when I leave in the morning because he gets 45 minutes of waking and coffee time with me. Need to get him to a vet to surrender his balls.

Lou, we consulted the realtor on the repairs/updates. Markets vary, I suppose. Two issues we can do nothing about: the house has one bathroom, plus a toilet in the utility room off the garage; the small kitchen has no dishwasher and no place to install one. The asking price will be $400K.

    Morning gang

Housing prices are so varied. I just looked on zillow the other day and our old house is +/- 400k. 4 bedroom, 3 bath with den, full finished basement, backing to Greenspace. But nebraska is LCL area with lots of space.

Parrothead meet-up was fun. Our Spanish class ran long so late for gym then late getting home so lunch at the bar wiped out all my weeklies and rollovers. So far 4 deep into my activity points but should be able to earn back 4 today or tomorrow. I love e how WW makes me think about each splurge but still allows.

The weather here is perfect. It was sunny and 75 yesterday so the meet-up on the west facing patio was amazing cooled off when the sun was setting but still manageable.
