I'll be 47 this October.
I'm already alive 1 year longer than my Mother lived.
Anyone else here closer to the big 50?
Feel free to add me as a friend!

I'm 49 as of two days ago.
Shock on the scales this morning.
I am looking at that 50th birthday hurdle and can't face going into it as I am right now.
Recently had a bladder repair op and it seems to be taking forever to feel like I'm getting back to myself.
No excuses though. I am not going to feel well with my weight as it is.
Just waving hi.
Can't do this on my own.

I'm 47. I need to make some major changes. Been fit most of my life. Now I could definitely lose a few pounds and tone up.0

I just turned 46 last month. And I just commented to someone that I was closer to 50 then I was 25 anymore, lol.0

I'm 51, but joined this group years ago. Would love to see it get back in motion. Feel free to send a friend request if anyone else feels the need for an extra kick in the *kitten*. I could use one too!!!0

Age 47, stronger than ever before in my life. (I have proof: I keep very good records while lifting.) I can also still beat my son in a footrace...as long as it is less than 100 yards, anyways, lol.0

I really never expected to live this long, but I am closer to 50 than 40, but feel better today than I did 4 years ago when I was closer to 40. I always hated exercise and had no like "get up and go". No motivation. I remember my Gram would always tell me the older you get the faster time flies- and that is the damn truth. So, I'm doing my best to get into better shape- mentally and physically.I'm right there with you. Keep that pace going and I'm sure you'll be smoking him in the 100 yard dashes too!0
