I'm up 2.2 pounds from a couple of weeks ago before I left for my East coast trip. It's not unexpected considering considering how "not-careful" I was around all of the kosher food availability. Travel is always my challenge!
I think I'm landing back in the New-Years Resolution category, where I need to recommit to taking off a few of my extra pounds. I've already started the process by avoiding alcohol and snacks during the week, and remaining up to speed with my running (pun intended).
In any case, still maintaining, but wanting to get back to my personal target weight of 130.

No change, which is something to celebrate given that we had a long weekend in NYC with several days of restaurant dining. In hindsight, we really didn't have any overwhelming meals but instead sort of picked our targets to enjoy tasty bites here and there.1

I’m up, but I’ve weighed in for my free Lifetime status already. Other than one instance of two muffins, my behavior has been on plan. My birthday was over my daily target, but in the old healthy eating range, so I’m fine with that.2

I'm 3 pounds above the top of my target range, all gained since the week of Thanksgiving. I start each day with good intentions, but lose them as the day goes on. I will try again today.2

If I were to weight in, I bet I would be up 3# also. So I am not weighing in.
I'm not ignoring that I'm up ... but rather, not seeing the number - makes me less anxious.1 -
Down 3.6 lbs this week. Adding to last week's loss of 6.8 lbs put me at 10.4 lbs for the last two weeks. Not congratulating myself because I had put the weight on and really needed to get back down.
Ever since my 2020 pacemaker surgery then 5 weeks later aortic valve replacement then had to lay low because of covid plus a tape tear from my taver procedure from a pressure bandage that took till August of 2020 for surgeon to release me with weekly bandage changes. I put a lot of weight on that I never took off. I got all that fixed then electrophysiologist needed to get my EF up from 35 range so 9/1/21 he upgraded my pacemaker to a 3 lead that had a wire to the back of the heart. We had to do 2 surgeries 1 week apart on that but we got my ef back to 45.
Got all that fixed and in late 2022 my bladder quit working with months of testing and Urologist visits which left me having to be full time catherized. It's been an interesting 2020 -2024.
To be where I'd like to be I need to lose about 120 lbs. Yep! that's right that works out to put me around 220. Long way to go but not too far off you say it fast. "lol"
You'd think since 2010 I get this all sorted out. Just a life of an overweight person.
On to another week and Christmas is right on us. 🎅

Derrick - you don't have to congratulate yourself. I'll do it.1
