Hey All! Started a new BFL challenge this week. I’ve had great success with BFL in the past and am excited to start up again! This cycle will take me to December 1st if anyone else wants to hop onboard!

    Update* I made some progress, and my plantar fascia acted crazy. Needless to say, I couched it for a bit and fell off. I am looking forward to spinning up again.
