    What I want for Christmas
As I see Santa in parades I decided I would love his weight loss plan.
When I was a child Santa was always a rather rotund fellow but these days he looks like he has a six pack hidden under his suit.

    Help
Does anyone have kidney problems and have non medication tips on how to reduce the protein escape to the urine. My friend is having other treatment stopped because of the high protein.

    Thanks
    Merry Christmas when it comes

    I made a plan for 2025.

1 I bit the bullet and bought proper fitting underwear which will also conquer the heartburn
2 I sorted the wardrobe to show what apart from leisure suits are presentable to wear
3 I batch cooked some soups and dinners for my solo days
4 I made a food plan within my calorie budget for a few weeks that fit Anne’s tastes too
5 I’ve diaried my daily exercises from two of Jessica Smith’s 6 week exercise plans because she incorporates cardio and strength for before breakfast and an hour walking or exercise bike depending on the weather.

To spice up the walking I’m planning to record my walks on MapMyWalk and cover all of the streets in my town and Anne’s over the year.

I'm no expert but reducing protein intake could help and maybe reduce sodium? When I've had kidney infections in the past, I switch to an almost vegan diet for a week or two, drop sugar and anything processed. It always helps.

I say almost because I don't cut honey out--but I eliminate meat and dairy.

Also, what will your starting weight for January be?

Okay...so it is Saturday and I don't have steps from @andja87 from the week ending on Dec 21. I will give it a couple hours.

Idk how but I stayed the same! I was expecting at least a 1 pound gain. I started off the wwwk good with eating but then xmas eve, xmas day and the day after xmas I ate a lot of cookies and egg nog lol. But yesterday I didn't eat a lot. So I guess it all balanced out.

Now to get back on track!

Sorry I forgot to weigh in. I can take a pass this week please. It’s not going to happen. I’m at the emergency room with stomach pains that I have had for days. Back at the beginning of the month I had a uti not sure if it’s something from that. I was trying to wait until Monday to call my dr but I have now been sick almost my entire vacation 😭

    Weigh in day: Sunday
    Starting weight: 145.7 lbs
    Goal weight: 120 lbs

    Previous weight: 123.7 lbs
    Current weight: 125.6 lbs

Little bit of weight gain, but it’s to be expected over the holiday period. Enjoying eating and no tracking…

However, I’m secretly looking forward to getting back to my healthy eating, I feel so much better and my body responds with quality sleep and more energy. Thankfully I have two young children who will help with eating all the leftovers 🤣
