I'm up another 0.6 pounds. This end-of-year is really not going well from a weight perspective! I know exactly what the problem has been: too much free-wheeling eating a couple of weeks ago while on travel, then too many snacks and too much alcohol upon returning. I'm getting myself back into the groove from an intake perspective, but it'll take a couple of weeks until the scale reflects my efforts. Nevertheless, it is a little discouraging as I've put back the 10 pounds I had taken off earlier in the year. There really is no finish line!

Sign me up for Steve’s post, substituting sugar for alcohol.

I’m up three from a week ago, which I’m not overly troubled by. I had one day of poorer decisions, but otherwise mostly good.

I'll never know how I'm doing.... Not weighing in yet.
Today's plan - follow my nutrition plan.

I had several days in a row of poor decisions.

Up 1.6 lbs for the week. No overkill disturbed over it after losing 10.6lbs in 2 weeks. With DW out of town I have to prepare everything myself and that can be problematic because I tend to did too much and not the right foods sometimes.

I love chocolate but not as much as DW. Week see with New Years coming up. We typically have the same thing on New Years. Pork roast or some pork, collards, blackeyed peas and some dessert. No promising that I'll behave but the idea is eat in moderation. Whatever that means per each person.

I'm up .4, and a bit surprised it wasn't more.

Hi guys, it's been a while so I will simply review the year as "not disciplined", with a few pounds gained.

More precisely, maybe 3 months with good tracking and the rest without. I did quite a bit of travel for pleasure -- catching up with old friends over food is one of my weaknesses. And I also have a distinct pattern of packing on some pounds in the fall months -- clearly a goal for 2025 is to avoid that.

Best wishes for the new year!

Down 1.2 pounds for the week. Good, but mostly because last week was really inflated. I am still a couple of pounds over where I should be.
