High protein/low fat snack ideas

I’m struggling to meet my protein and my calorie goals. I would absolutely love some high protein snack ideas. My current go-to’s are yogurt with added fruit (activia with blueberries) or mixed nuts (almond, cashew and walnut pieces with raisins) which is good but I’m getting lacking in variety, no imagination!

Hi-Some of my go-to snacks have been Triscuits with either the mini BabyBels or the Bel Gioiosa (sp?) small packs of mozzarella balls. (Costco usually features all three.) I'm finding the Triscuits help raise my daily fiber, which I couldn't get enough of from salads, lentils, and vegetables by themselves. And the cheeses help with getting enough protein. Thanks for your suggestions, too!

I am always finding high protein snacks difficult to find. Watch your mixed nuts - good fats but can be high in calories ( I don’t find them filling.

I find my proteins with meals and/or high protein low calorie drinks/smoothies. To cut calories I use lots of ice and frozen berries. I found a great low calorie protein powder - MRI Lite.

I have been adding a protein shake each day and it tremendously helps me.

Which ones do you like? I’ve tried several and so far Muscle Milk Zero and Owyn are my favorites. I didn’t like Kirkland Whey or Premier. I’m going to try Ensure next, I’ve heard good things about Ensure Complete.
