My goals are to improve my health, food intake, exercise, how I use my time-all ONE choice at a time, ONE day at a time.

I need to lose some weight and improve my fitness. Nothing new there!

I need to MOVE more and eat LESS !

Track foods and be accountable to myself !
Do some form of exercise DAILY !

Having a snack every night does not get me to my goals .... nor does emo eating !

I need to focus more on food and restart daily morning walks. For some reason Iโ€™ve lost my GUNG HO it has gone bye-bye. I like the challenge because it keeps me accountable. Find a plan for silver sneakers or rejoin the Y

I just want to focus on being consistent. Eating in a 6 hour window - Intermittent Fasting, daily exercise...some days walking, some days strength routine, eating healthy foods. Choosing lean proteins, lots of vegetables, avoiding processed foods.

Have a Great and Healthy Day!!! Gretl

Here are my goals for this challenge.

    1. Put myself first.
This is a challenge for me. My 89 yr old mother is very ill and I'm looking after her health needs. Getting her to appointments, moral support and coordinating care she needs in her home. It sometimes feels like a full time job. I need to recognize that I have to look after myself as well. I may not be able to jump when she wants but I will do what she needs.

    2. Have a manageable routine.
Take the time for walks and smell the roses sort of speak.

    3. Eat within my macros.

    4. Live intentionally!
