Sugar addiction

I am addicted to sugar. It is like a drug. I been trying to stop but it's hard. Anyone have the same problem. I would love to find an answer to the problem.

Yes me too. I have found if I leave it alone all together then the cravings go away. The more I eat sugar the more I want

I’m definitely a sugar addict! I used to snack on candy & treats ALL DAY!
The more I eat healthy I find myself craving it less, I think healthy foods help level out your blood sugar.
Also I’ve found that frozen grapes are my go to snack when I’m craving my favorite hard candy.

Giving up sugar was hard for me but once the first few days were over, it got easier and easier. I like fruit and my go to was applesauce instead of jam and I also use real fruit in yogurt with cocoa powder for desert or snacks. Everything tastes sweeter now that I left off sugars and sweeteners of any kind.

One of the best things I did in my life to keep cravings down and to prevent gaining a lot of weight was to quit sugar, honey, syrup, artificial sweeteners or any kind of hidden sweeteners in food.

I have given it up mostly for two weeks but replaced it with fried food so dont try that! I have gained weight… also I think I am still detoxing.
