    @totameafox if you go to the introduce yourself page on the community, four threads down is a thread where the post is a link for posting your favorite groups. I was trying to post a link to our group there in case anyone wanted to join but since I'm on the app and not the computer I couldn't find the link to our group lol like the url

    I've been so busy at work and home lately so please forgive me if I forget to peek in very often.
    I try to log every day, and make most of our meals from scratch.
    I have always had it tough trying to lose weight, but believe that menopause has much to do with the added difficulties this go.
    Bummer.

    Welcome Lisa! Peek in as you need. I've never had problems losing weight (knock on every wooden surface). Just the problem of sticking to it. I can't say that I've resolved that problem yet as I am just 3 1/2 weeks in but dedicating to interacting here daily will hopefully be the change I need.

    Maybe every once and a while you can share your cooking creations with us :) I am sure we will be successful this time.

    Thank you for starting this group @totameafox!! I saw it mentioned on a thread and checked it out.

    I am 56, married, no kids and nearing the end of my loss journey. But unlike the other times I have been here, I plan on sticking around MFP in maintenance. I really approached the loss this time as a lifestyle change, so knew whatever I was going to do had to work forever, for me.

    I have learned so much more be engaging in the community this time. And am hopeful that i will get the last few pounds off. And keep them off!!

    You should have seen the look I gave my boyfriend when he gave me fruit slices yesterday. :p Thankfully there isn't much of them in the package. I had one of each flavor yesterday. But i'm only allowing myself 2 of them until they are gone. Thankfully I'm not one who gets cravings. I just bored eat. I think that is just as bad.
