@clepant - glad the surgery is over and that the pain is tolerable now. Hoping every day gets better from here.
I'm finally feeling better and my pup's stitches are out so today was back to the normal routine. They were so happy to go to the beach and to run around the pool in our backyard! I'm at 21/50. Hope to get back in the green soon.0 -

Today I went for a run for the first time in months. It felt great to get my heart rate up and let my legs go as fast as they still can. 35/502

I've been in California checking on my mom so I've used the time to hike some hills. It's a good change from flat Florida. 37/501

Now crossing the GOAL LINE are @LOVEMYALEX and @CPANUS!!! :drinker: CONGRATS!!!
Holy smokes, there are some miles being CRUSHED this month! I should be further along than I am, but I'm still moving! I added 8 more miles (I think?) for a MTD: 76.25 / 100. I'm going to have to step it up next month because I'll be starting the month on vacation until the 5th. Plus it's an extra short month and I'm upping my goal to 140 to push myself a little harder.
Hope you're all staying warm enough and if you're living where you don't normally get snow.....good luck! My wife and I along with two other friends are headed to Baton Rouge next Wednesday. The idea was to go somewhere warmer as we've been waking to -15*F the last couple of mornings....but of course I've heard on the news that they've gotten well over a foot of snow earlier this week. Yikes! Well hopefully it should be melted and gone by next week. Even if it only gets up to 50-60*F, that'll still be T-shirt & shorts weather for this kid!!!
