Article focusing on a recent report show that a high percentage of protein powders on the market contain unhealthy levels of heavy metals.

Two observations:
- I didn’t know that Cadmium eggs contained protein powder, and,
- I’m pretty safe because I prefer to chew my protein.
I’ll admit I discount this article a bit because it uses California's Proposition 65 as its criteria rather than a federal standard. My recollection is that they either recommended or required that coffee be labeled as potentially carcinogenic, and with that as background, I have to wonder how their standard compares to national standards.
And I’m currently averaging about 50% more protein than the minimum for my age and gender, so I’m not feeling the need for protein powder anywhey.

I use protein powder. I have a subscription to Consumer Labs and the protein powder I use passes the heavy metals test.0
