I'm up 0.6 pounds. I was doing well all-week, but I went out with my old lab folks last night, and had a bit too much food, plus a couple of beers, and *poof*, there goes all the progress I made all week! It's really frustrating, sometimes, that one evening out weighs so heavily on my weight (pun intended). I know it's a marathon and not a sprint, and this is just one blip in the long road, but it's a little frustrating nonetheless.

Outside of that, it was a reasonably good week both from a food and from an activity perspective.

Down 3.2#. And so it continues. Need to drop about 10# to re-gain WW goal.

I'm down .4. This is my 4th consecutive weigh-in in this "decade" which I haven't seen since 2019 when I had two weigh-ins in it for the entire year. That feels good.

I had a decent week but I still don't like the makeup of my meals. In 2025, I really want to focus on getting back to eating like I did in the PointsPlus program. I've been weighing daily for the past couple of weeks, and I feel like that is starting to make me anxious again, so I may switch to weekly or do another round of not weighing for awhile. I still need to document my thoughts/learnings from that experiment.

Up 0.6 pounds again this week. That puts me up about five and a half going back to the week of Thanksgiving. Every day I start out to stay on plan, but I get loose with the tracking by supper and blow it all. Remembering what Charlie said recently, it just isn"t a priority for me right now. That will either change, or it won't.

Are you tracking in MFP? I’ve found the nutrition tab offered me a lot of insight, even though my food choices are driven by the WW Points system.

Not a lot to say - food choices were good, activity down slightly, no bad behaviors . . .

. . . and the scale was up 0.6 at Studio Thursday night. < insert sad trombone sound >

I’m still not gonna overreact or try extremes. If I’m over this coming week and have to pay, well, I earned it based on the prior three months’ choices. I’m just gonna keep trying to exhibit good behaviors and positive choices and let the chips fall where they may.

@crewahl, Charlie, I'm not diligently tracking right now, but I am being mindful and intentional more often than not. I don't need to track to know I'm not eating enough vegetables in a day/throughout the week. 🙂

@Brian_19, I've been meaning to give you a shout-out. You posted a little sign on the thread where I asked about end-of-year goals. The sign reads: "Where you are in three months depends on what you do today. " I made a screenshot of that kept it at the front of my photos roll. I can honestly I looked at that pic nearly every day in the month of December - - maybe several times a day during holiday travel/before big meals. It really helped center my thoughts and helped me stick to my plan. I just wanted to say thanks for posting it.

Down 3.2# lbs this passed week. Just been busy and not eating properly which has resulted in losses so far this year.

You're very welcome! I need to get back to that mindset. Like a lot of things ... easier said than done.
