Connie, I only used book funnel back when I was reviewing books whenever the author delivered manuscripts that way, so I didn't have any negative experiences.

I like it simply because it also goes to my Kindle and more times than not I can get free books from there more than anywhere else. Yeah, I get extra copies, but I can always delete them when I find them.
