Bought new scales yesterday and I hate them already. This morning I weighed in at 259 which is 4 pounds heavier than the last time I weighed myself.

I don't understand scales and weights!!! How could I possibly lose 6 pounds in one day. Not possible. Same scales although different time of the day. I hope my new scales are not messed up. But ---anyway----I was delighted to weigh in at 252.5 this morning!

Today's weigh in is 252.5. I did NOT go to the clinic for BP and glucose check but I will start that next week.

I was traveling on Friday so only got around to weighing myself today. Only half a pound was lost but it's better than a gain. I STILL have not gone to the clinic for BP and glucose check but am thinking of doing that tomorrow.

I managed to get my BP and sugar checked on Dec 20 (my birthday). BP - 139/77 (a bit high but MUCH better than 147/78 which is what I had a year ago).
Fasting sugar - 5.6 (much better than last year which was 6.4)
I missed my weigh on day on Friday (Dec 27) so I did it today and was pleasantly surprised to weight in at 247.7 which is a 2.3 lbs loss in 8 days. My ideal weight loss goal is 2 pounds a week so I am very happy!

I said that my goal is to lose 1 pound per week and I reached that goal -- 1 pound lost. But it was hard work and I kind of feel disappointed that it wasn't more! Maybe I can get down to 243 next week -- maybe!

The 1 pound goal has been met. I should be happy but I am still a little disappointed because I was actually hoping to have lost 2 pounds. My scale seems to be stuck at 244! Although my goal is to lose a minimum of 1 pound by next week I am still hoping to be 242 next week.

Yay! My goal to reach 242 by today has been accomplished. I am so happy! I have tried so hard this week even though I did not get in as much exercise as I wanted I still managed to control my eating urges. My goal for next week is to get to 240!
