My goals for February:
I'm starting this month at 61.9 kg. I want to maintain between 61.5 and 62.5kg if possible. I managed it for December and January.
I want to consolidate and slighly expand on my weekly exercice routine, make it reliably to 2 or 3 Pilates classes, 1 or 2 swimming pool sessions and the remaining days walking, at least an hour each day. Keyword: reliably. I 'sort of' made my goal last month.
I didn't make my swimming target last month, of increasing my swimming session from 500m to 800m (mostly because of pool closures), only got to 600m, so that's a renewed goal.8 -
A great day. Walked down to Jiu Jitsu, coached kids class and then did my first full session since physio stopped me due to neck injury. Much better on my neck than when I tried before I saw the physio so happy with that. Walked home and then nipped to the shops and only bought healthy food. Got in a good yoga session then had a nice slow afternoon mixing relaxing with some prepping for next week. Ate well and stayed under calorie budget. A good start to the month!9

Travelling today, flying out to Lanzarote. However, I did get plenty of walking - do airports compete to see who can devise the longest zig-zag route from A to B? We also walked round the resort this evening.
Food was not my usual healthy choices, and I haven't tried to log it yet.
February will probably start with a run of pass days!8 -

Completed all three today even got a very cold walk in this afternoon. I have been fighting this cold all week and now it has a firm grasp on me, so much for starting the month strong!10

Before I grabbed my flight home (which was across North America) I was up at 5am to get a ST workout in at the gym and pack a lunch and snack for the plane. What a difference planning makes!!
I tracked, am on track and got plenty of exercise.
A good first day.
