    Thanks for the World Cancer Day links @deskjockey925, cancer sucks. I lost both my parents to it, it really makes you understand that line they use "passed away recently after a short illness". There are way too many people in this day and age still passing away after a short illness, yet the American food industry stuffs everything they can with crap that makes us sick and then the hospitals/big pharma that are supposed to help shake you down for every penny. It makes me so angry.

    Intentional pass day. Plenty of activity and upper body strength workout, but tonite was a Lunar New Year celebration with a wonderful meal. I couldn’t properly track the delicious Chinese food so I just enjoyed in moderation.

    Exercise felt really good today, but I've been extremely irritable. Not sure why. Still in the first week back eating better, maybe my body is just adjusting. Hope it goes away soon.
