This content creator is fun. At least for this video it gives a preview of what is coming next. Most of her content is standing and more active than I can be. I have to modify some of the moves in this video but I like the music and her effervescence.

Not a work out video, but I have been following this plan to build up the distance I walk daily. I have it hung in the kitchen where I walk past it daily and cross off each day I complete. https://www.royalmarsden.org/sites/default/files/2017-07/training-guides.pdf

Sounds like fun Trix! and you're right Mucky. Work outs don't have to be videos so I changed the title.

I did this video today. it wasn't as stressful on my arms as the last video but I still need to build up some endurance before moving on to another.

I use online chair workouts for range of motion and flexibility. On particular days for very gentle, I appreciate Sherry Zak. think the 1st one I stumbled across (there are many on utube) is Somewhere Over the Rainbow. It remains a fav.

I do a lot of workouts on the Walk at Home site. Indoor walking, weights, resistance bands, HIIT, etc. I build my own plan so I can do easier/harder based on how I am feeling and what my day looks like.

I also have a Garmin watch to track steps, etc. Their app has a ton of challenges every month, things like step counts, miles walked, number of recorded workouts and a bunch more. Love to do these too!

i bought a generic watch to track my steps once. that didn't last long. I have no idea where it is now :D

I thought I would up my game a little and do a new video. I barely made it through this. I am so out of shape to do a 10 minute seated exercise and be huffin and puffin

@totameafox you are doing great. We all had to start somewhere. You are doing what you can, as you can. You should celebrate each minute you work out. They will start to become more and more. Even Olympic athletes started one minute at a time!

I also did this video today. it's a bit hard to follow because they kept changing the video angle. The music also doesn't really match but it's easy to do and peaceful.

Once upon a time I did tae kwon do. I didn't huff and puff or fall into a puddle on the floor after 15 minutes. three decades ago... i feel so old. and tired... mop on isle 3 please...

i can't put my feet on my thighs but other than that I can do the video... ish. It gets me stretching in directions that my routine doesn't so I will stick with this for a little while. For those of you who don't have deformed joints and bones it should be very tame.
