Covid made me think of how tenuous and fragile our health can be, The major step I have taken is to not take my health for granted and to practice healthy living each day, including diet, exercise, sleep and stress management.

We stopped eating in restaurants. Eating at home makes it much easier to control and track points, and is also a whole lot cheaper.

I’ve kept up my PT exercises for lower extremity issues, and I can still walk and climb stairs.

I order a good part of my groceries online and pick them up.
I was eating out often until I rejoined WWonline with my wife, now I eat home more. As @Philtex said it is much easier to control points and food portion plus I can weigh and measure my foods. A win win.
