    V day is a big deal in Santiago. Or maybe just Friday night. Our building was noisy with lots of doors slamming and late arrivals home. Alarm off at 6am for our tour to the Andes this morning. Yawn.

    We got an offer for a full refund and $6000 worth of future cruise credit to cancel our cruise. We discussed and decided to call and at least see what else they would offer. We are excited to go see the glaciers but that would go a long way towards the transpacific we are planning for fall. Plus we like chile a lot and could easily fill 2 weeks before we need to be in Ecuador. But we have a very expensive plane ticket from Buenos Aries to Quito that we would have wanted reimbursed.

    We called 30 minutes after email and they said they already had 3 call and cancel.

    V-Day success. Nice dinner at Capital Grill and they accommodated my request to bring in Miller Lite. 🍺

    Car wash. And the Tucker goes to check out alternate doggo daycare. The one close to us (Mom and Pop) have started crating 50% of the time for rotational play. Seriously! Dont understand their logic.

    Hoping to hear Joanne’s fever has broke and she’s better today.

    Daytona sounds like it will be a washout tomorrow.

    Good morning!

    Party decorating and food prep last night allowed me to watch a Netflix movie with my cup of coffee this morning at 5a. Party starts at 330p. After dgs nap time, lol, & my nap time!

    I added making real snow, snow cones, to another activity the 6 kiddos to do. Since 5 inches fell and more to come today. I'll be sure it's clean white fresh snow😆

    I made my dh a meatloaf for dinner last night. One of his favorite things I make. Lol! He is so funny, appreciates the little things! I got a doz beautiful red and whites roses and a nice card.

    I saw the Chile whale kayaker story as well! Wow

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Allergies were affecting Rita's eyes, yesterday, enough that she feared an eye infection. So, V-day was spent waiting to get in to see the eye doc and then getting a prescription to ease her symptoms. Leftovers for supper.

    Grandkids are coming over this morning for the weekend. We're going to a movie this afternoon, I think.

    • Good cold weather motorcycle ride yesterday made enjoyable by the heated gear.
    • Nice Valentines Day dinner at home last night. DW has a favorite perfume that was discontinued years ago. Thanks to eBay I've been able to find it once more.
    • Interesting dilemma Steph. I found a transatlantic cruise so cheap the flight home costs more than the 14 day cruise.
    • Scary situation near Kelly in IN. Fortunately, they caught him/her.

    Joanne is doing much better hopefully get to go home this afternoon or tomorrow
    Trying to decide whether she has to go home with oxygen or not
