1️⃣ 2/03 Monday Meditations:
What is one meaningful intention I want to set for this week? Strength Training 3-4x
What are key habits or routines I want to focus on, and how can I make them part of my daily schedule? Working on building solid morning routine to jumpstart metabolism and another Before Bed to improve my sleep. Trying to make them daily habits by setting alarms and checking boxes off a list to stay motivated and track progress.

I lost 3 pds this week. I didn't eat at night and did quick power walks/dancing videos.

Slipped this past week - focusing on minimizing sugar. And getting some cardio in most days this week - tennis, spin, possibly a run.2

Hey guys! 👋🏾 So happy to see you both!
Took a little breather this week as life was feeling quite overwhelming. Gave myself some grace and stepped back from all the tracking for a much-needed mental and emotional reset. Valentine’s may have won a few battles (hello, sugar cravings), but despite that, I still dropped 1.5 lbs, gained more muscle, lost some fat, and crushed 533 Zone 2-4💓 minutes so I’m calling that a win!
Finally feeling refreshed and recharged! 💪🏾 Measured progress, took new photos, revamped my plan, and even booked a session with a trainer next week. Still working on my morning and evening routines, but steadily increasing strength workouts and ready to crush the rest of Firmer February! Let's gooooo

Nice loss this week @jeanhickokhaley1 and such a fun way to drop the pounds 💃🏾 ~ think I might try to add some dance steps throughout the day too 😁 Hope you have a great time in AZ!
