Mornin' BBB
So the visiting PT gal told me that someone from a CT VNA was actually assualted and killed attending to a patient in a halfway house about a year ago. So now it is the law that a pre-screen call has to be made. Interestingly enough, she just walked in our front door without knocking or ringing the bell. I guess she wasn't too worried.
We may be wrong, but M and I feel like I am ahead of the curve PT wise, compared to the last knee replacement.
That lineup for the bourbon tasting looked enticing, Lou. Although, since being on controlled substances for pain, I have not really had a taste for liquor.
How does Joanne act or feel when her SP02 goes low? Me dad would get irritable and use language that would make a sailor blush. Praying for quick healing of the alveolar clusters that are responsible for the uptake and transfer of 02.
Deviated septum surgery doesn't sound fun either. Hope that it solves the breathing problem.
Will it warm up in time for your bike trip, Dennis?

- Glad to hear Joanne's o2 sats are better!! Congrats on the Malibu sale and good luck on the Boxer!
- Ineos dealer (90 mins away) cannot get me a loaner until next Friday - and because all parts come from UK, suspect this will be a long wait. May go kick some tires today on a GX550 I like.
- Doc - home health care is scary. Not sure I'd be comfortable sending my daughter to strangers homes. ALTHOUGH - when we had nurses and PT here for DMIL, they were all sweet and told us they made really great money; could sorta set there own schedules.
- Tucker had a blast at "Fetch it Friday" at daycare, demonstrating his "Air Jordan" capabilities! LEAPING over Baxter the Basset!

Good morning BBB friends.
Used to crave a small, rag-top sports car. A Triumph TR6 was my dream car. But with the traffic we have out here, now, driving a little sports car would scare me to death. Unlike your 3,000 annual miles, Sam, I put close to 20K a year on our vehicles. I do like the Boxster, though.
Rainy day, so I'll look for indoor activities to fill my time. Maybe I'll start looking at our income tax forms.0 -
Good morning BBB Friends.
- Happy healing Doc. Yep, with it being the 2nd time around you know what to expect and how important the PT is to making progress.
- Weather looks very promising in time for the Daytona trip. Getting anxious.
- Fetch it Friday looks like fun but leave it to the youngsters.
- I would imagine a Lexus would be more reliable with better service.
- I have a neighbor with a Lexus SC430 convertible who keeps the top down 90% of the time. Rides around in the winter with a heated vest on.
- Sam, you may want to check out the BMW i430 convertible. Sporty, but not as small and low as the Z4.
- Smooth seas to the sailors.

Good morning.
Continued prayers sent for Joanne.
I'd tell them they need to eat the cost of a traditional rental car, Skip. And I'd tell them that if they don't, that I'll be shopping for a different luxury car and make it my life's work to trash them in every public forum available. Remind them that you are tight with Elon and he'd be more than happy to dunk on a small car maker that can't seem to handle one of the most basic functions of a car.
Our 21st anniversary dinner was supposed to be a nice dinner out, but the kid doing dog sitting goobered up the dates so I brought home burgers and we watched Ted Lasso instead. We may try again another time. Cecilia is booked to be in Brazil for two weeks and change in April, so I'll be a single dog dad for a while.0 -
Happy belated Anniversary to you and Cecelia, Lou.
I echo Lou's sentiments about the Ineos dealer.1 -
Belated Happy Anniversary to the Stones! The joys of being parents.0

Happy Anniversary, Kids!0

- Out with the old.
- In with the new.
- I really need to be banned from being withing 100-yards of a dealership.

Okay!!!!! You put a smile on my face Skip.0
-
...and who would enforce that ban?0
-
Lol Skip! Looks nice
Prayers for Joanne
Good to hear you're doing well Lee!
I caught a cold. Spent the day trying to keep it at bay with Netflix, green tea and some meds. Hoping it's a short one. First I've had this winter.
Rain check on the celebrating Lou, but for sure make a new date before she leaves...love birds
Have a good night BBB!

Hi all. Our cruise has been fun so far. Today's port was tiny and we didn't book an excursion. Walked around the tiny town and bought a cute hat for $7 so I can be on deck for the. Chilean fjords In the next week. Yesterday we took a tour to see a volcano and took a small hike.
We are definitely in the younger demographic of this Cruise but not by much. Only a handful of kids. Tomorrow of forecasted to be 15ft swells. I ordered room service for breakfast in case i don't want to leave and have a double bailey's in the fridge.
I hear I turned will be spotty for the next 3 days.
